Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with an item or the item does not fit, we can offer you an exchange upon return.
The item must be unworn, with the labels still attached + you must sending it back within 14 days of receiving your item. Please get in touch with us via email if you are wanting to exchange or return your item.
NOTE: We currently only offer exchange. We will issue a refund in exceptional circumstances, please contact email@example.com for more information. You will not get refunded for postage, unless the fault is on our side.
We don’t offer free returns or exchanges so you will have to cover the cost of posting the item back to us.
We recommend any returns/exchanges are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us. Please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition. If evident that the items have been worn or the labels are removed we can’t offer an exchange/returns and your item will be sent back to you.
We will aim to exchange the item within 1-3 working days from receiving your return. However, this will be subject to stock availability.
We aim to dispatch all our orders within 1-3 working days, please allow enough time for your parcel to reach you. Please contact us if you require express shipping or guaranteed next day delivery (UK customers only).
